Best free zone for interior design freelancers. New at freelancing, need help

I'm moving from employment to freelance and trying to decide on a license. IFZA, SHAMS and Fujairah Creative City keep coming up when I research. Mainly doing residential ID projects with some ff&e procurement. Anyone set up specifically for design work? whats your annual total cost and has it been worth it

Hello fellow freelancer! I'm on IFZA, been on it 2 years. Total annual cost including license, visa and medical is around AED 18k. SHAMS is slightly cheaper but I've heard renewals can be slower. Both should work fine for residential ID and FF&E work.
