Client ghosting after project completion anyone dealt with this?

Hi all
Completed a full residential fit-out in The Springs 3 months ago. Client was happy at handover, signed off everything, now completely ignoring my final invoice of AED 45,000. No response to emails or calls. Has anyone been through this? Considering small claims but not sure of the process for a residential project in Dubai.

Send a formal letter of demand via registered mail, give them 7 days to respond. If nothing, file in the Dubai Courts Small Claims Tribunal. it handles disputes up to AED 500k and the process is fairly straightforward. Keep every sign-off document you have.
