Hi. Growing fit out company looking for a coordinator to join the team and help manage our projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating between the project manager, site teams, subcontractors and client
- Tracking programme and flagging delays early
- Managing submittals, RFIs and project documents
- Following up on procurement and material deliveries
- Supporting the team during client inspections and handover

Requirements:
- 3 plus years experience in a UAE fit out or construction company
- Highly organised with strong follow up skills
- Comfortable with Excel and basic project management tools
- Good English communication, Arabic is a plus
