Hello. We are a fit out contractor with ongoing projects across Dubai and we need an experienced site supervisor to join our team.

The role:
- Supervise day to day fit out activities on site across multiple trades
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site program
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards and client expectations
- Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants and project managers
- Manage snagging and support client handover

What we need:
- Minimum 7 years of site supervision experience in the UAE
- Familiar with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense inspection processes
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
