I'm a fit-out manager running day to day operations for a small company, on 9000 per month after 6 years. Is this low pay, how much should I ask for

Hello, I'm currently running day to day operations for a small fit-out company, around 15 staff, on 9k. I have overall 6 years of experience. Company is small so budget is tight but is this still on the lower end?

Depends what "running operations" includes exactly, is it just admin/scheduling or is it running actual projects on site and managing clients. If its only internal work, then its low but not so much. But if youre managing projects and clients then you are very underpaid.

Small company life... its always "we'll increase it once we land the next big project" 😩
