10 years in architecture and still figuring out what "fair pay" looks like
Hey everyone! I thought I might join in on these salary discussions, never hurts to learn from others!
I'm an architect with a consultancy on 17k currently. My company is great and I'm happy there but have always wondered if I'm selling myself short. 10 years total experience split between here and back home. Wondering if this is where I should be at this stage or if I'm behind the curve? Curious what others at similar level are making.

I hit 17k at year 8 so you might want to renegotiate, but I was also doing a lot of client facing work which tends to pay more.

This is such a valid question because architecture salaries here are all over the place compared to somewhere like the UK or even Saudi.

17k after 10 years at a consultancy sounds about right honestly, maybe even slightly above depending on the consultancy size.
