Hi everyone, I'm new to the field and currently being offered a sales rep role for a porcelain tile and flooring supplier in Dubai, base salary of 9k plus 3% commission on closed orders. Role covers porcelain tiles, natural stone and flooring materials for residential and commercial projects. Curious what base + commission structures look like at other tile and flooring suppliers, is mine on the lower end? Would appreciate any support please.
